This full-service option is most suitable for clients who would like us to represent them and to submit their application to CIC.
Our policy is to charge a flat rate fee for most of the cases. Our full representation professional fee will vary as per the complexity of the case. In this service, we act as your authorized representative and will complete your application in accordance with CIC requirements and submit it on your behalf, along with the RCIC submission letter. We will guide you through the entire Canada Immigration process, including interview preparation if you are invited.
The email/ phone consultation is for clients who need to have their specific questions answered. The cost of email or Phone consultation will depend on the time we spend answering your questions.

Once we receive your list of questions, we will issue an invoice for the number of questions you submitted, reflecting the actual cost of your email consultation. Please allow us 24 hours to answer your questions.
If you decide to hire RCIC as your paid authorized representative, the email consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer agreement fee. In this way, your email consultation is free. This condition applies only if the retainer agreement is signed within 7 business days of the Initial consultation.
The in-person option is most suitable for clients who prefer face-to-face interaction. For an in-person consultation, you must book an appointment.
The in-person consultation cost is $100 CAD + GST for the first hour. After the first hour, the cost is $50 CAD + GST per half-hour or part thereof.

Free initial assessment makes to learn about our client’s immigration options. RCIC will assess your specific case and provide you with a typical summary of your immigration options and answer your general query about immigration to Canada.
