Business Immigration

There are two categories in Business Immigration Program which allow a person to immigrate to Canada permanently.

Self-Employed Persons

To be eligible under this program self-employed person should meet the selection criteria of the program and must have at least two years relevant experience within the last 5 years of World class level cultural activities or athletics. Moreover, the person should be willing and able to make a great contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada.

Start-Up Visa Program

To be eligible for this program, you must meet all the eligibility and admissibility requirements.

The person who is applying under this program must have a qualifying business, support letter from a designated organization, meet the language requirements and have adequate funds to settle and live in Canada.
